Cassie – Stock horse Mare

14.2hh

14 years old

Light bay

I have owned for Cassie for the past 18 months and I have sadly outgrown her. She is a forward mare that is lovely to ride and really looks after her rider. She is not spooky and is up to date with the farrier/worm/teeth etc.

Cassie does require a firm hand as she will try to dominate on the ground (she is a true mare!). She can be tricky to catch out of work, but will give up quickly. She is great to lunge, and we have found her to benefit from this prior to a ride.
Cassie has eventing and jumping experience in her previous home, but I have used her mainly for dressage and trail riding (which she enjoys).

Cassie is a lovely ride.  She is forward and responsive but has great breaks and listens to her rider.  She would suit a confident teen or smaller adult.

We would love to see her go to her next forever home where she can continue trail rides and return to PC or ARC.
Cassie does have a scar on her left hind. She is also very terrified of pigs!!
