Footy Legend, 17yo 15.3hh chestnut thoroughbred We have owned Footy for the better part of 9 years. During this time he has been apart of pony club, horse trials, pairs rides, games, polocross, stockmans challenges, the list goes on. He thoroughly enjoys trail riding, on the buckle the whole way. Whilst he is a been there done that horse he has only been in work briefly in the last 2 years, he is the same horse regardless of how much time has passed between rides – no lunging required Footy has never been a world beater in the ring, however he is one of the most reliable horses I have ever owned. He has schooled Grade 2 and competed C grade showjumping. Dressage is not his favourite phase, but it is evident he has great movements. He truly is a horse you can have fun on and enjoy riding. He really just wants to please his rider He has always been great for the farrier, is currently shod, to catch, will do anything for feed and is a good doer, float, self loads etc This is a very hard sale as I have always thought he would live out his days with us, but unfortunately circumstances change and it is time for him to move on.
