8yo 16.3hh bay warmblood gelding by Canto out of Enja MVNZ. DOB is 9/10/2014.

Extremely hard sale of a horse that is a truly lovely ‘person’ and easy to do anything with.

Luca is very well educated and a pleasure to ride on the flat. No vices. Willing but not forward. Has been happily ridden on the flat by children as young as ten.

Established leg yields,  extensions, flying changes and counter canter.

Luca has competed up to 115 with his young rider (aged 13-16 years old) jumped 130 training rounds with a professional and free jumped 145.

While he will happily pop you around the lower levels, Luca is a big horse who requires a rider who can keep him together and establish his canter, in order to be careful over the bigger tracks.

Luca has been ridden down roads, around sheep and cattle, around machinery, great with dogs.

Luca is the same out as he is at home. He is completely unfazed by the crowds, atmosphere and fireworks at Sydney Royal.

Great to catch, wash, float (in an angle load), truck, shoe, clip, worm etc. Currently barefoot, clipped and in full work!

He had an ocd fragment surgically removed in 2021 from his hock, as a precaution. He wasn’t unsound by we xrayed because he occasionally lifted his leg oddly when walking off and we wanted to rule out any future issues.

In June 2022, Ace was playing with him, reared and came down on him and chipped his hip.

He is completely sound and has been since shortly after the accident but we went through an extensive rehab program with a qualified horse physio as a precaution. No scar but the hip looks a little sharper on that side.

EOI – this is the opportunity to purchase a lovely, quiet, willing impeccably bred young horse at a reasonable price.

Jasper is a 12yo 16.3hh gelding who is unflappable in everyway.

A true been there done that horse, jasper had attended clinics, ARC days, jump days, ag shows and had started dabbling in eventing successfully with a junior rider. Winning TIE in the junior section and 4th overall in open after this combination had only had two weeks together previously.

Jasper is an absolute delight to have around and take out, he is a straightforward ride and happy to get his job done. More recently jasper has been competed by two 15yo girls across showjumping and eventing, helping one of these young girls regain their confidence in jumping phases.

Typically jasper is a more woah then go guy, happy to just bold around never getting strong or doing more work then he has to. He is a guy that likes variety and can become arena sour if ridden 6 days a week in an arena setting. Due to this he would be best suited to a home that can allow him to have variety with hacks out ect.

Deja has attended many Pony Club and EA events with a junior rider.
Deja was part of the NSW State team to compete at the 2022 National interschool competition and placed. Last month she placed in Novice and was also Reserve Champion Elementary at PCANSW State dressage and was selected for NSW State Pony Club camp, as well as many championships and placings at local events at novice and preliminary.
As my daughter grew taller she has mostly focussed on dressage for the last 2 years, establishing Deja at Novice and is training Elementary, where she has had a couple of starts. I believe that she could be equally well suited to an adult rider or a junior who is looking for a safe, reliable mount to compete in pony dressage or working equitation as she is bold with new obstacles.
Before focussing on dressage (rider’s choice), Deja was a very competitive all rounder with placings in SJ upto 80cm, 60cm ODE, gymkhana and the showring. She has had many placings at interschool events over the years, taking out overall wins for Year 6 champion and primary high point overall winner as she is so versatile across multiple disciplines.
Deja is a once in a lifetime pony and we have been privileged to have her as part of our family since she was 2 years old, but it is now time for her to find her next person.
She is the same after a spell, never marey and always well behaved. She is easy to catch, trim, float, clip, worm etc. She has had complete novices and nervous riders ride her to help build their confidence. Deja is the same at events as she is at home – even in very busy, large competition environments.
I can trust this pony with my child and they have grown up together.
