I never thought I would write this ad, but here it is – Chance is looking for a new home.

At 14.3 hands, this amazing 17-year-old bay stock horse has been there and done that. He is incredible on the trail with no spook whatsoever, making him the best teaching horse you will find. He adjusts seamlessly to the rider’s level, providing a perfect experience for both beginners and seasoned riders.

I genuinely want to find him the best home possible, so he will not be sold to just anyone. If you’re interested, please reach out to me directly. Please note, Chance must be viewed in person – he will not be sold sight unseen or interstate. There are also no payment plans or leases available.

Her sire needs no introduction to those in the arabian show scene having won all major titles including Australian National Champion, while her dam is a lovely honest riding horse who competed eventing and HRCAV dressage.

This mare has so much potential, her experience and education have only been limited by my lack of time. Her limited competition outings have all been successful including Champion L4 HRCAV mount at her only ridden show, 81% at her only dressage comp (PCAV Gr4) and a championship win in halter as a junior. She has been out to pony club, adult riders club, trail rides and cross country schooling. She has also spent time with professional trainers so has a very well-rounded foundation.

Touched by lightning or Zeus is a 2015 17.1hh TB by Fighting Sun out of Cape Tycoon. Zeus is as quiet as they get, can be ridden by an absolute beginner independently. Easy to shoe, clip, wash, rug you name it he’s fine with it. He likes the slow life too much to do anything naughty, barely gallops when asked. Can leave him in the paddock for a few months and hope on to the same horse. Doesn’t get hot on certain feeds either. Happy to trail ride and rarely spooks at anything. Not phased by other horses antics and can be used to calm a highly stung/ nervous young horse at comps. Has been to pc rally’s and a handful of eventing comps however despite his size he is most happy jumping up to grade 4 HT and grade 3 SJ. He will happily cruise around a grade 4 cross country but worries if they’re any bigger. As I’m hoping to event higher, he is offered for sale/lease. Would suit a adult who’s aspirations end at 65cm jumps or someone who wants a bombproof big horse to take out to dressage comps, adult rider rallies ect. Not suitable for children just due to his strength, but as long as you aren’t afraid of heights could easily bring a nervous rider some confidence.
