Izzy is a 14.2hh, rising 14 year old(2007) registered Australian Riding Pony out of Cantabury Miss & by Harrington Park State Affair.

Izzy is an easy keeper, she’s a very sweet mare who has a lovely presence and gets along with just about any horse.

She has done just about everything, from showing, barrel racing and pony club, all with old owners, to becoming a show jumper with me. She has schooled 80cm courses and has free jumped 1.25m single fences. We haven’t gotten out to any competitions this year due to covid, but she is definitely whizzy enough to win in the showjumping ring and bring home some ribbons.

On the flat Izzy has previously established travers, leg yields, and shoulder-in’s but hasn’t been training them with me. Is regularly worked in a dressage frame, lovely soft mouth.

She will be a big superstar with the right rider. She needs somebody patient who can give soft but firm aids. She will only go to an experienced home because as lovely as she is, she is a clever mare and can outsmart you if you’re not knowledgeable in what you’re doing.

She is currently in light work and loves her job, you can hop on after months and she doesn’t get fresh. I would love to see her go to a home where she is exercised regularly as she has too much potential to be sitting in the paddock.

Izzy will be a big loss as she is so lovely to have around, but I have made the decision that I’m not experienced enough to keep up her training, hence why hasn’t done much with me. She will only go to an approved and very loving home where she gets fussed over as she deserves.

Great for the farrier, to catch and float, and falls asleep being clipped. Hardy feet, up to date with teeth and all of her boosters.

Ben has 3 beautiful paces & movement to burn. He has perfect conformation & is soooo beautiful to ride, he would make the perfect turnout/ rider mount. This horse has all the assets, BUT does come with some deal breakers…..windsucker, mouth issues (was tongue tied when racing) & ear shy. Ben has never showed any dirt whatsoever, but can get strong, so he requires a competent rider. He is a great doer, & thus regularly requires a visit to the Jenny Craig paddock.
This is a very sad sale but I know with a rider that has more time than I have Ben will be a handy horse to have around.

Finn (‘Gimme a Chance’) is a 17hh, 10yo OTTB gelding. He is an athletic and elegant type, who has attended pony club and competitions with his previous rider, schooling up to grade 2 XC fences and show jumps. Over the last 12 months Finn has been in inconsistent work, which is reflected in his pricing. During this time however, he has: spent a considerable amount of time working in-hand with a working student of Manolo Mendez, focussed on his flatwork, hacked on and off property, and established groundwork patterns.

With a sharp mind and well-balanced build, Finn has endless potential with the right rider. With that being said, he is a sensitive horse who will not suit those who have not worked with OTTBs in the past. He requires steady and gentle contact. When ridden kindly, he moves elegantly and powerfully. Video links of his flatwork (up to date) and jumping (with previous owner) are available upon request to those who sound like a suitable match.

I purchased Finn at the start of 2021 with plans for him to be my forever horse, although a change in personal circumstances means that this can no longer happen. In our short time together, I have never once had Finn buck, rear, bolt or do anything dirty. He has been in consistent work (4+ times a week) for the past month.

Paddy is a quiet and safe approx 16hh 6 year old OTTB who has been retired since the end of 2019 after a short racing career. He was turned out before commencing his education in the three Olympic Disciplines. He has the potential and ability to excel in any discipline. He has been consistently schooled  and given breaks to allow him to grow and mature.

He is established on the flat with all Novice movements and not far away from being able to do an Elementary test. He has been to countless training and schooling days at Silver Hills, Clarendon, Evans Park, Oaks Sport Horses, SIEC Clinics and lessons at multiple different venues in a variety of Dressage, Show Jumping and Cross-Country lessons.

He is incredibly easy to handle and deal with, he ties up well at the float and will stand all day. He does not get separation anxiety and is happy to work on his own or in a group. Paddy is confidently jumping 90cm and his recent results at our Zone 23 Show jumping will show that he is super careful. I am disappointed that COVID has put a pause on competing this beautiful boy, as I truly believe he will be a star one day.

He has fantastic conformation and a truly beautiful head on him and has been a dream to train and deal with. Paddy is flashy on the flat with that desired flick in his trot, making him stand out in a dressage arena. He has a steady and even pace and a very consistent frame.

At his first outing to pony club, he was ridden by a 13 year old, as I was competing my other young horse at another local show. From all reports he was foot perfect and was not hot in the slightest. He has since been to many rally days has taken part in all pony club has to offer including games and showed his super nature of being very sensible and honest.

He will continue to be ridden and campaigned by myself until he is sold, and therefore with time the price will rise accordingly. I truly enjoy riding Paddy every day and am proud of the horse that he has become. He is the horse I let my friends ride when they come over and they all love him as he is a true gentleman. He is only for sale as I have just acquired another OTT and work full time so cannot keep them all. Paddy only deserves the best of homes, who can spoil him rotten like he deserves.

Paddy is a straightforward and genuine ride that would be perfect for any keen rider who wants to enjoy continuing his education with lots of success in whatever they discipline they choose.

Sunshine is around the 16.1 mark and is rising 14 years young with lots of life

Sunshine is easy to catch, loves water, easy to trim and shoe, sunshine use to self load, but can be nervous with a nervous handler, (I’m a very nervous floater so never help the situation ).

Under saddle sunshine is a gem! She is such a quiet and calm natured horse, I’ve had everyone ride her from people never even seeing a horse to experienced riders, she has the ability to jump, we’ve jumped her around 60 cms (the highest ours could go) and she has plenty of scope and can go higher, she has an amazing walk trot canter, she has previously been used for eventing! Sunshine dosnt have any major vices, she gave me all my confidence and was a great confident builder for myself, sunshine has once thrown a very pathetic pigroot (I have it on video) but myself being a nervous beginner at the time was able to sit it and fix it up. Don’t let that bring her down as it’s only happened once In 3 years.

Sunshine will only be sold to the best of the best homes.

This could be your next superstar! Benny is a one of the quietest young TBs you would ever find! He has the most beautiful kind nature and very laid back with an amazing worth ethic that tries his very hardest in every ride. He has three beautiful paces and would excel in dressage, hacking and jumping and he has beautiful movement.  Benny due to his age has established doing small jumps but shows great scope. He has established side passes, walk to canter and rollbacks. He is good to float, shoe, wash ect. He has never bucked, bolted, spooked or reared. He is ridden by his 12yr owner who has been his educator after being broken. He’s a very intelligent boy and understands commands well on the ground and under saddle. He is very much loved part of the family being with us since he was 5 months old. He is very well bred with jumping bloodlines. Bennys father is Glacial Gold and Mother is Glove and Stockings. His grandfather is High Rail Curious a very well know champion show jumper! Benny has never raced and never trialed!

Diesel is a beautiful well mannered gelding who loves cuddles and is happy to follow you around  the paddock. He has competed grade 1 show jumping and cross country with his previous owner. Diesel is a born bold jumper, Jumping up to 1.10m with ease. I’ve owned him since April this year but due to covid I have been unable to compete. Due to personnel reasons I am now having to reluctantly sell this beautiful boy but he will only being going to the best of homes. Price is negotiable but home is not!
